I have been in real estate since 1998 and have worked in sales for over 25 years. There is no greater satisfaction that knowing that you have helped someone to the best of your ability. When making the decision to get into real estate the deciding factor was knowing that I could help someone achieve their dream of home ownership.
There are many different pieces to the “puzzle” of buying or selling a home. I will assist you through all the steps from the search for that perfect house, the financing, negotiations, and the closing process.
I can help you buy or sell all properties from single family, vacant land, multi-family, commercial, bank foreclosures, and HUD properties. I “specialize” in satisfied customers.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtor, New York State Association of Realtors, and the Genesee Valley Board of Realtors. I am a million dollar producer and have been the top sales agent in my office for 5 out of the 9 year I have been in real estate.
I have lived in Medina all my life and I believe that Western New York is a fantastic area to raise a family in or retire to. I previously volunteered with the Boy Scouts, United Way, and AYSO and was a village trustee for a number of years. I cover Orleans, Genesee, Erie, Niagara, and Monroe counties.
